Street Machine 1995 Chevy S-10 Engine and Wheels

This gorgeous 1995 Chevy S-10 show vehicle was just looking for the engine and the wheels to be done. This vehicle was the definition of a garage queen and the owner takes it out to local car shows including the 1500 mile cross country Power Tour event every year. This was demonstrated by the low mileage at 75000 and the immaculate quality of the 20 year old, all original paint.

The huge air filter was covered to protect it from water entering the area. Prep work like this can save alot of headaches when trying to start the car later.

First a light spritzing of water was applied to lubricate the surface, then Megluiar's degreaser and all purpose cleaner were applied. The dirt was further agitated with various detailing brushes and the engine was rinsed again. After that dried with microfiber towels leaving this clean show ready engine. 

Didn't get the lighting right on this one but the engine is clean.

Wheels and wheel wells were cleaned and dressed
